  Tips

  Click 'Ignore' link to indicate that the document request does not apply to your Debtor. This will prevent further document request reminders.

  Click the 'Complete' link when you have completed loading your document(s) for each document request. Note: You must click 'Complete' to indicate that a request has been fulfilled—otherwise request reminders will continue to be sent to you.

  Click on the 'Upload Another' link to upload additional documents for a document request (multiple documents can be uploaded for a request).

  FAQs

  Why am I continuing to receive email requests on documents I have already uploaded? You will continue to receive request notifications until a document request has been either Ignored or Completed. If you believe that the document request from the Trustee does not apply to the Debtor, please click on the Ignore link for that request. After uploading your document(s) related to a request, please click on the Complete link.

  How do I know that my documents have been uploaded correctly? Click on the 'Completed' tab in the top right corner of the screen to see all of the documents you have successfully uploaded to TXI.

  How do I upload documents that have not been requested, or how do I upload documents to a request I have already completed? Click on the 'Upload Other Docs' button in the top right corner of the screen and follow the instructions to upload additional documents.

  Why can't I login or request a login at txi.titlexi.com? The login page at txi.titlexi.com is strictly for access by our Trustee clients only. Uploading requested documents to TXI requires a unique link to take you to your private upload page—the email you receive from the trustee contains this unique link.

  Why am I not receiving emails to upload documents for TXI trustees? Please review the following to ensure delivery: Use the "I need a link to see requests and upload documents." link and enter the email address you would like to receive document requests from the Trustee. If you are presented with the message "We were unable to send a request at this time.", TXI currently does not have your email address on file. Follow the instructions to request assistance from TXI Support. Ensure that the emails from the Trustee are not being quarantined or sent to your mail application's Spam folder. Please ensure you are able to accept emails from @titlexi.com and @txitrustee.com.
